Polycom is a leader in the VoIP telephone field. With a variety of feature-rich voice over IP desktop and conference phones, as well as the new attendant console capability, Polycom covers your VoIP office phone requirements.

The SoundPoint IP Family of VoIP phones includes the following models:

Polycom IP 300 & 301

The Polycom IP 300 & 301 are 2-line, entry level VoIP phones which support either the SIP or MGCP VoIP standards.

While the IP 300 and IP 301 are very similar phones, the SoundPoint IP 301 is capable of supporting HTTPS secure provisioning because of its expanded flash memory.

Polycom IP 500 & 501

The Polycom IP 500 and 501 are 3-line, standards-based phones with integrated full-duplex speakerphone and headset jack. SIP, H.323 and MGCP VoIP standards are supported. While the IP 500 and IP 501 are very similar phones, the SoundPoint IP 301 with its expanded flash memory is capable of supporting HTTPS secure provisioning.

Polycom IP 600 & 601

The IP 600 and IP 601 are feature-rich desktop IP telephones, designed to support heavy call volume and advanced functionality. The telephones accommodate up to six lines, have a large graphical grayscale LCD, illuminated line and audio state indicators, and built-in Cisco® and IEEE autosensing PoE2.

The telephones support HTTPS secure provisioning and are available worldwide. The SoundPoint IP 601 can support up to 3 SoundPoint IP Expansion Modules and includes an IrDA port and advanced powering system.

IP Expansion Module (for the IP 601)

The SoundPoint IP Expansion Module enhances the user interface of the SoundPoint IP 601 with a high-resolution graphical LCD and 14 multifunctional keys that can be automatically configured as a line registration, call appearance, speed-dial, direct station select (DSS), or busy lamp field (BLF3).

SoundStation IP 3000 and IP 400 Conference Phones

The SoundStation IP 4000 utilizes Polycom's award-winning full-duplex speakerphone technology for natural, two-way conversations.

The SoundStation IP 4000 supports the SIP protocol and must be used in conjunction with one of Polycom's SIP Voice over IP Technology Partner's solutions to ensure full functionality and reliable operation. This phone cannot work as a stand-alone unit.

Note: The Polycom SoundStation IP 3000 has been replaced by the IP 4000.

The Computer Calling Kit enables your SoundStation2* or SoundStation2W to connect to a computer through the 2.5mm Applications Port built into the conference phone. This allows you to hold productive conference calls over the Internet. You can now use your Polycom conference phone with Internet phone services such as Skype™, MSN® Messenger, and Yahoo!® Messenger, as well as with computer-based softphone clients.
